RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
in reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you can return one or more items within 14 days from the delivery date strong> .
The return is free in the event of failure or damage, otherwise the costs of returning the product remain the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise provided.
The terms and instructions on the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL are published on the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES page. Below you will find a brief operational explanation, which does not replace what is reported on the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES page and what was expressly accepted at the time of completing the order.
The products must be returned intact (including the identification tag which must not be removed), in the original packaging as it is an integral part of the product and inside the packaging with the PORRINI logo, complete with all their parts , labels, the PORRINI security seal, all possible accessories and the tax documentation included. We also recommend that you do not wear or modify the items purchased in any way because returned items will not be accepted that are not in the same condition in which you received them.
BEFORE RETURNING
Before sending the goods, check that:
- The security seal is attached to the item and intact.
- All labels, fabric or hanging, are attached and intact.
- Each product to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped to you and is packaged in an orderly manner.
- Each returned product must not have been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way.
- Footwear must be returned without ever having been used. We recommend trying the shoes on at home, on a carpet or clean surface. In this way the shoes will not risk being ruined.
- The original box is considered an integral part of the product and must therefore be returned intact, without signs, writings or deformations that could compromise its resale. For this reason, under no circumstances can the original box be used as the only external packaging for shipping but must in turn be packaged in such a way as to protect the goods.
- The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 14 days from the date of issue of the label.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST
Write to info@porrini.store expressing your intention to return or exchange goods. Indicate your name, surname, order number, address at which to collect and, if you wish, the reason for the return. In the case of a multiple order, clearly indicate the product you intend to return.

After sending the email, as indicated above:
- You will receive a confirmation email from us with instructions for organizing the return.
- Print and stick the label that you will have received via email on the original box (or an equally sturdy box) so as to cover the delivery label.
- Deliver the package to the courier that we will send to you and to whom we will have communicated the your time slot preference.
REFUND TIMES AND METHOD
As soon as the product being returned is delivered to our warehouse, it will be subjected to a check to ensure that the conditions for making the return have been respected. The refund procedure will be started immediately after acceptance of the return and you will be informed via email of the refund.
PORRINI reserves the right not to accept the return (and therefore to resend the product(s) to the customer and not make any refund) in the event that the return conditions are not respected or to make a partial refund in the event of an ascertained decrease in value of the property.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In the case of orders placed with the payment on delivery option, the refund will be made via bank transfer upon communication of the data by the customer.
Actual reimbursement times may vary depending on the payment system but always and no later than 14 days.
